• Work collaboratively with GTM leadership to deliver insights on the efficiency of marketing expenditures and trends in customer retention.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting activities for all GTM functions, ensuring consistency with corporate financial objectives.
• Take charge of developing, maintaining, and enhancing the company's pricing models. Collaborate with Product and Sales to assess the financial implications of new pricing tiers, discount strategies, and contract frameworks.
• Examine revenue drivers and variances. Although the CRO is responsible for revenue performance, you will supply the analytical insights necessary for the organization to comprehend the reasons behind the figures.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to design commission structures and monitor performance relative to incentive plans.
• Create and sustain advanced financial models (e.g., CAC, LTV, Magic Number) to analyze the ROI of various GTM initiatives.
• Over 7 years of experience in FP&A, Revenue Finance, or GTM Finance (preferably within SaaS, technology, or growth-stage sectors).
• Proficient in Excel with a background in constructing intricate, driver-based revenue models.
• Hands-on experience with sales compensation modeling, ARR forecasting, or particularly pricing analysis.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems; experience with revenue reporting tools is advantageous.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
