Senior Financial Analyst, GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Finance Business Partner for the global field sales team, delivering strategic support and analytical insights.

• Collaborate with the SVP of Sales, Americas, and the SVP of International Sales to review and enhance the top-line bookings forecast.

• Lead the synchronization with revenue operations and corporate FP&A for quarterly forecasts, focusing on new and expansion business segments.

• Spearhead headcount planning efforts and define/analyze productivity metrics for the field sales team to maximize resource allocation.

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure that workforce planning aligns with top-line forecasting models.

• Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, utilizing narratives and analytical insights to inform strategic decisions and improve business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or Tech sector.

• A proven history of managing complex revenue forecasting and enhancing corporate reporting.

• Experience in supporting a GTM organization as a strategic business partner.

• Demonstrated capability to influence senior leadership and lead cross-functional initiatives; prior experience in mentoring team members or refining financial processes is highly regarded.

• Expert-level proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel.

• Advanced skills in SQL or Alteryx are strongly preferred for driving automation and generating deeper analytical insights.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities; proven skill in distilling complex financial data into actionable narratives for executive audiences.

• Highly proactive with a proven record of establishing project plans, managing uncertainty, and achieving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
