Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist the CFO and FP&A teams in the creation of financial models and the preparation of budgets.

• Evaluate performance and provide insights that inform decision-making processes.

• Work alongside team members to compile monthly and quarterly reporting packages.

• Support the tracking and analysis of monthly financial outcomes, highlighting trends and budget discrepancies.

• Develop and automate KPI dashboards and financial reports to improve visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A (including internships and entry-level positions).

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, analytics, reporting, planning, or related functions.

• Background in healthcare, value-based care, or insurance sectors.

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, encompassing income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.

• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
