Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, sustain, and enhance financial models that facilitate forecasting, budgeting, and informed decision-making.

• Take a pivotal role in the annual budgeting process by engaging with stakeholders, examining historical data, and creating revenue and expense forecasts.

• Generate financial analyses, reports, and summaries for discussions with the leadership team and board members.

• Oversee functional P&L analysis, which includes examining the cost of goods sold and gross margin.

• Evaluate the work produced by Financial Analysts to ensure quality, consistency, and clarity.

• Collaborate with the Manager of FP&A on matters related to profitability, pricing, and various ad hoc strategic analyses.

• Enhance FP&A systems, reporting, and ongoing processes as the team grows, including the integration of AI technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.

• Strong expertise in forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and executive reporting.

• Proficient in advanced Excel and Google Sheets, including the creation and maintenance of dynamic financial models.

• Familiarity with financial planning systems such as Workday Adaptive Insights or comparable tools.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey analysis into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capability to meet recurring deadlines while maintaining a broader perspective.

• A proactive mindset with a focus on ownership and a proven history of process improvement over time.
