Senior Financial Analyst – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of segment forecasting for Vantor’s Enterprise P&L, encompassing revenue, COGS, and OPEX.

• Collaborate directly with the sales team to analyze bookings, revenue conversion, and pipeline trends.

• Oversee expense forecasts, headcount planning, and variance analysis.

• Create and sustain cash flow forecasts with scenario planning.

• Generate board- and executive-level financial reports featuring clear narratives and insights.

• Ensure data integrity and precision within Adaptive and Excel-based models.

• Work in close partnership with accounting, RevOps, and other cross-functional teams to guarantee alignment and accuracy of financial information.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, ideally within a high-growth, data-centric organization.

• Preference for candidates with a consulting background, emphasizing problem solving, advisement, and action, who possess the energy and drive to see results through to completion.

• Proficient in financial modeling (monthly, weekly, annual planning cadence).

• Familiarity with forecasting and BVA analysis.

• Advanced Excel skills are essential; experience with BI tools and financial systems is preferred.

• Experience in dynamic, high-growth settings is advantageous.

• Exposure to AI-driven tools or automation workflows is a plus.

• Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication abilities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
