Senior Financial Analyst, Cash Flow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and continuously enhance **cash flow, P&L, and budgeting models** to facilitate forecasting, planning, and multi-scenario assessments.

• Oversee **budgeting and reforecasting activities**, integrating actual results, business drivers, and revised assumptions.

• Take charge of **monthly P&L performance monitoring**, including comprehensive **variance analysis** against budget and forecast.

• Create and sustain **short- and long-term cash flow projections**, identifying risks, limitations, and opportunities for optimization.

• Generate and present **clear, actionable financial reports** for leadership, converting data into insights and strategic recommendations.

• Aid in strategic and operational decision-making through **ad hoc financial analyses**, such as sensitivity assessments and scenario modeling.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure financial models accurately reflect operational and commercial realities.

• Proven expertise in **financial analysis with a strong emphasis on cash flow modeling, P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting**.

• Established experience in supporting e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.

• Demonstrated ability in **constructing and maintaining intricate financial models** for business planning and scenario evaluations.

• Robust experience in preparing **recurring financial statements** and conducting **variance analysis** against budgets and forecasts.

• Skilled in providing **ad hoc financial insights** to guide management and strategic choices.

• Previous experience in a **mid- to senior-level analytical position** with responsibility over financial deliverables.

• Familiarity with **e-commerce**, particularly in the **beauty or consumer goods sector**, is highly preferred.
