• Guide senior management in financial planning and the management of results.
• Collaborate with team members to comprehend revenue and cost drivers, and establish relevant reports for monitoring.
• Analyze extensive data sets to produce comprehensive monthly revenue reports, providing actionable insights for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• Identify, assess, and monitor trends affecting financial performance, partnering with key leaders to determine actionable solutions.
• Oversee the annual revenue and expense budgeting process, collaborating with key leaders to forecast outcomes and present findings to the SLT for review.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while achieving set goals and deadlines.
• Work alongside the Data Systems and Insights team to create new automated reporting systems and enhance efficiencies in existing manual reporting.
• Design, develop, refine, and implement new processes, procedures, and reports to ensure alignment with the business unit's needs.
• Be readily available and eager to 'roll up your sleeves' to accomplish tasks and drive ongoing process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in roles with increasing responsibilities.
• Proficient in Excel (including macros); familiarity with data extraction and manipulation techniques, including handling large data volumes.
• Capable of analyzing data and converting results into valuable insights. Excellent problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience with Sigma and Adaptive software.
• Ability to explore various avenues based on data and swiftly adapt direction based on the analysis.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision, efficiently managing tasks and time.
