Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• The primary role of the Senior Financial Analyst involves working closely with managers, directors, and senior leadership to assess monthly productivity and address variances.

• Accountable for the month-end closing process, which includes reviewing financial data, journal entries, and ensuring accuracy.

• Responsible for maintaining and reporting management systems, thoroughly reviewing all financial information for correctness.

• Oversees various departmental statistical and financial data.

• Projects may entail assessing the financial implications of new programs, developing financial forecasts and models, preparing projections for new construction projects, conducting rate analysis, and other related initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, healthcare administration, or a related discipline is required.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience is necessary.

• Experience in healthcare is advantageous.

• Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is preferred, though not mandatory.
