Investment Banking Intern – Fall 2026

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Acquire skills, cultivate a network, and attain hands-on experience in investment banking.

• Collaborate closely with execution and support teams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing projects.

• Engage in financial analysis and modeling, conduct research on companies and industries, develop client presentations, and interact with senior bankers and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Junior or Senior status at a US or Canadian University with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

• Proven ability to write marketing materials, model transactions, conduct research, perform insightful competitive analyses, and execute valuation analyses.

• Experience in financial modeling using Excel, with basic or higher proficiency in PowerPoint.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of producing significant amounts of high-quality work in a short timeframe.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A strong academic background from a prestigious undergraduate program is essential.

• An entrepreneurial mindset.

• Authorization to work in the US.
