Financial Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the reconciliation of loss fund payments for the US, UK, and other European regions with claims data, financial records, and bank statements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to investigate and resolve any financial discrepancies.

• Partner with the financial operations team to document processes and procedures effectively.

• Proactively identify opportunities for optimization to foster continuous improvement.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of experience in an accounting, finance, or analytical position, ideally within a TPA or insurance company.

• Strong proficiency in data tools such as Excel or similar platforms; experience with visualization tools is an added advantage.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a capacity to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex insights clearly.

• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, with the capability to write queries is preferred but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of claims management processes is preferred but not essential.
