Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial planning activities associated with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic long-term planning.

• Communicate results and business forecasts to stakeholders throughout Salsify and within the Finance department.

• Compile and present significant insights derived from thorough analysis and detailed financial modeling.

• Work closely with various G&A divisions including accounting, talent acquisition, business operations, compensation/rewards, and legal/security.

• Identify and spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing, automating, and scaling forecasting and reporting tools, methodologies, and processes.

• Share business outcomes and collaborate with budget owners across Salsify to responsibly integrate investment needs.

• Engage in monthly close meetings and deliver reports for management oversight.

• Conduct ad hoc analysis and assist in financial modeling for diverse organizational sectors.

• Be an integral member of a remarkable team in a company that prioritizes genuine Finance collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance.

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in a technology and/or rapidly growing company.

• Proficiency in Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, and NetSuite.

• Familiarity with SaaS and/or recurring revenue models, with the ability to synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data and solve problems both independently and collaboratively.

• A strong desire to thoroughly understand results and the underlying data.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the constantly changing financial priorities and requests.

• Acknowledgment of the value of iterative processes, with a willingness to continuously embrace feedback and adjustments.
