This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in enhancing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functionalities within Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Create and sustain sophisticated financial models, dashboards, and reports to facilitate strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Finance leadership to promote practice-wide, bottom-up budget and forecast development.
• Evaluate financial outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver actionable insights and enhance forecasting precision.
• Acquire extensive insight into Radiology Partners' business operations while acting as a vital resource for Adaptive Planning modeling, reporting, and FP&A projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and the influence of financial models, assumptions, and reporting frameworks on business performance.
• Highly analytical with the capability to utilize data for resolving business challenges and aiding decision-making.
• Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities, with the skill to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and the capacity to swiftly learn and implement new systems and technical tools; experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with 2–5+ years of finance or FP&A experience preferred.
