Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Support the development of annual budgets, along with quarterly and monthly forecasts for the global Go to Market team.

• Monitor and manage operating expenses to ensure they align with budget and headcount strategies.

• Collaborate with the FP&A Manager to analyze and clarify monthly spending trends.

• Generate monthly financial reports and conduct variance analysis.

• Create and distribute regular financial reports to Marketing and Finance leadership teams.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Marketing leaders by offering financial insights on expenditure management.

• Construct financial models to assess the impact of marketing investments.

• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of financial reporting tools and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial analysis.

• Proficient analytical, quantitative, and Excel/modeling abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams.
