Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, analyze, and communicate the performance of financial expenses to stakeholders.

• Evaluate and authorize expense requests, emphasizing items that exceed budget limits.

• Establish departmental financial and project expense benchmarks along with reporting mechanisms.

• Generate ad-hoc analyses and business forecasts.

• Assist in the accounting close process and the preparation of audit reports.

• Design and implement scalable processes and procedures to report essential business metrics.

• Identify and lead projects focused on cost reduction and process enhancement.

• Collaborate with all functional teams to achieve financial and corporate objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, VBA macros, and Lookup functions.

• Strong skills in financial systems and business applications, including database applications like Qlikview.

• Familiarity with GAAP standards.
