Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary finance business partner to assist with PDS project management and the processes of capital planning and forecasting.

• Deliver financial insights and generate reports.

• Conduct thorough variance analysis to compare actual performance against budget and forecasts.

• Aid in the month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Work collaboratively with the project management team and clients to address financial inquiries.

• Create and oversee the annual operating expense and capital plan budgets along with rolling forecasts.

• Maintain and improve financial models, reporting, analytics, and dashboards.

• Engage in client meetings and deliver presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial management, ideally in the real estate, property management, or similar sectors.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Demonstrated experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems.

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.

• Exceptional financial, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
