Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Directs the liquidity management and funding operations of the bank.

• Manages daily liquidity positioning and develops funding strategies.

• Ensures adherence to internal policy limits and meets regulatory requirements.

• Collaborates with finance leadership and ALCO to synchronize treasury functions.

• Delivers expert analysis, reporting, and recommendations related to liquidity and interest rates.

• Tracks daily liquidity status and oversees funding sources.

• Creates liquidity forecasts and conducts stress testing.

• Aids in the ALCO process and contributes to interest rate risk modeling.

• Evaluates deposit patterns, loan growth, and funding costs.

• Assists with month-end and quarter-end financial reporting processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related experience.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in treasury, finance, or banking analytics.

• Strong comprehension of bank financial statements and net interest income factors.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Familiarity with CSI, Plansmith, and other financial software platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.

• Capable of effective communication in both written and oral forms.

• Strong organizational and time management skills; adept at handling multiple priorities.

• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements concerning liquidity and interest rate risk.

• Team-oriented mindset with the capability to function efficiently in a streamlined environment.
