This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gather, analyze, and recognize trends within data.
• Create standard and customized data reports for quality assessments, performance enhancement activities, and operational reporting.
• Analyze both historical and forecasted financial data to assist in financial decision-making.
• Execute financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting tasks.
• Oversee financial relationships with vendors when necessary.
• Handle financial reclassifications and adjustments resulting from authorized contract modifications.
• Address inquiries related to Workday cost centers.
• Review and manage directly paid expenses to optimize invoicing processes.
• Conduct monthly reviews of invoices.
• Confirm savings realized through approved gain share eligible initiatives.
• Support data imports and exports.
• Conduct regular audits of data sources.
• Stay updated on current healthcare trends and operations.
• Assist other teams and engage in assigned projects as a financial resource.
• Review and evaluate financial statements and reports.
• Monitor KPIs and compile financial reports.
• Aid in budgeting and monthly closing activities.
• Comprehend key business drivers.
• Offer financial guidance to clients.
• Create financial projections and develop financial models.
• Conduct research and analysis as needed.
• Ensure adherence to financial guidelines, company policies, and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; or a combination of post-secondary education and relevant experience (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or accounting (required).
• Experience in managing both capital and operating expenses (preferred).
• Experience in the healthcare sector (preferred).
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with external partners.
• Capability to work seamlessly within both organizational and partner technologies, processes, and systems.
• Experience in financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
