Bilingual Investments Processing Service Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Accurately manage increasingly complex client service requests at the first point of contact.

• Employ various administrative systems while adhering to established service standards.

• Uphold defined service levels, quality benchmarks, and productivity metrics.

• Stay updated with company policies and procedures.

• Retain expertise in processing knowledge.

• Provide support to business areas such as Call Centre, Distributor Services, and Technical Support.

• Execute financial and non-financial investment transactions, including trade acceptance, placement, and settlement.

• Prepare and send outbound communications via phone, fax, and mail to advisors and dealers.

• Ability to cultivate positive relationships between customers and the company, representing Manulife’s best interests.

• Organizational and prioritization skills suitable for a multitasking environment.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Availability to work overtime regularly as required by business needs.

• Fully bilingual in French and English.

• Capability to communicate in both English and French to assist clients from various jurisdictions outside Quebec.

• Background in investments, with Segregated Funds being a significant asset (preferred).

• Customer service experience (preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft P/C, iFast, and AWD (preferred).

• Ability to maintain processing expertise and current awareness of systems and products (preferred).

• Capability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a timely manner (preferred).
