Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Creating and sustaining financial models for the purpose of financial reporting and strategic financial planning.

• Overseeing the annual budgeting and planning process, along with revising monthly and quarterly forecasts.

• Taking ownership of the commission and bonus calculation process for our Go-To-Market (GTM) team.

• Partnering with the Controller on month-end closing and reporting, which includes conveying business performance to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Conducting monthly variance analysis comparing budgeted figures to actual results.

• Monitoring and reporting essential SaaS metrics to enhance business performance.

• Collaborating across departments to support the financial goals of the business, including modeling costs and ROI of existing and new product offerings, as well as evaluating investment opportunities for potential risks and rewards.

• Aiding in the preparation and review of materials for the Board and company-wide presentations.

• Conducting ad hoc analyses to provide support for various teams within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

• 3-6+ years of experience in corporate finance, consulting, or dynamic technology environments.

• Background in a Software as a Service (SaaS) setting.

• Advanced proficiency in modeling and Excel capabilities.

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Capacity to perform under tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy remains a priority.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Aptitude for collaborating with individuals across all organizational levels.
