Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of clients from start to finish — developing their financial models, analyzing their monthly results, and addressing inquiries directly from business owners and their investors.

• Construct comprehensive 3-statement financial models from scratch, subsequently adjusting and running them each month based on clients' actual performance.

• Oversee financial modeling, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, scenario planning, and variance analysis.

• Collaborate across a variety of platforms such as Shopify, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Glew.io, Amazon Seller/Vendor, Rippling, and Gusto.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in finance, with proven proficiency in building and maintaining 3-statement financial models using Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with US GAAP; experience with Canadian GAAP or IFRS is a plus.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, along with a professional qualification — CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or an MBA in Finance.

• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment — such as a Big 4 firm, a leading consulting firm, equity research, investment banking/M&A, or a similar scale-up FP&A team.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the insight to convert analysis into clear, actionable strategies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to work independently without close supervision.
