This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Execute comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to facilitate strategic decision-making within healthcare, academic, and corporate sectors.
• Create and sustain advanced financial models for cash forecasting, capital planning, treasury management, and scenario evaluations.
• Perform benchmarking, KPI analysis, and variance reporting to uncover trends, risks, and potential opportunities.
• Supervise budgeting procedures, cost accounting, and productivity metrics; offer suggestions for process enhancements.
• Lead or manage intricate financial projects, including assessments of business development, program evaluations, and reconciliation of variances.
• Guide accounting personnel and deliver training on financial systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• CPA, CMA, or CFP certification is preferred.
• Proficient in Kodiak, Epic, and Workday.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
