Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to aid strategic decision-making within healthcare, academic, and corporate sectors.

• Deliver actionable insights regarding financial performance, budgeting, capital planning, and compliance with regulations to senior leadership.

• Oversee or coordinate intricate financial projects, mentor accounting personnel, and act as a technical expert for financial systems and accounting matters.

• Work collaboratively across departments to enhance organizational financial strategies and improve processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting, demonstrating leadership or project management capabilities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, along with experience in financial systems.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced setting.
