Senior Financial Analysis Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making.

• Recognize trends, risks, opportunities, and essential business drivers.

• Create forecasts, financial models, and business cases.

• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting systems, and performance metrics.

• Track key performance indicators to assess organizational performance.

• Collaborate with GPO Operations leadership on performance, strategy, and operational enhancements.

• Convert intricate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

• Improve reporting processes, automate workflows, and enhance data integrity and operational efficiency.

• Assist in governance, compliance, audit, and risk management efforts.

• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for business partners and leadership.

• Lead cross-functional projects and mentor team members.

• Contribute to departmental strategy and ongoing improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, operational analytics, or a similar field.

• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.

• Advanced expertise in Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools.

• Experience in creating dashboards, reporting solutions, and performance metrics.

• Capability to synthesize complex information and convey insights to leadership.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

• Internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic provider with a minimum of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload for remote work.
