Senior Finance Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete client invoicing process from start to finish.

• Ensure invoices are generated accurately and tracked in alignment with HubSpot deal IDs.

• Maintain clear visibility into the billing status of all active deals.

• Monitor and reconcile vendor invoices efficiently.

• Align costs with deals to calculate the cost of goods sold (COGS).

• Coordinate efforts across multiple vendors and partners.

• Keep track of payment timelines and identify accounts that are overdue.

• Produce reports that highlight accounts receivable risks and aging balances.

• Assist in resolving any existing billing backlog and discrepancies in invoicing.

• Ensure proper routing and delivery of invoices.

• Generate financial reports utilizing QuickBooks and Bill.com.

• Identify workflow gaps, integration issues, and data accuracy problems.

• Suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.

• Collaborate with internal teams and system administrators (heavy build work is not required).

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or bookkeeping.

• Strong familiarity with QuickBooks.

• Proficient in Bill.com.

• Experience with CRM systems, with a preference for HubSpot.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complete financial workflows.

• Capable of working independently in a hands-on capacity.

• Skilled in identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills and a readiness to raise issues as needed.
