Senior Finance Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with accounting and various finance teams to facilitate the implementation of new features within Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP for Accounting Hub, Cash Management, Payables, Subledger Accounting, and additional finance systems.

• Leveraging AI-enabled solutions to automate finance processes.

• Ensuring alignment among cross-functional stakeholders for effective solution design.

• Documenting and overseeing testing processes and necessary approvals for system changes.

• Assisting finance teams in providing data and responses from systems for internal and SOX audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Financial applications and other finance systems.

• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP modules such as Accounting Hub, Payables, Cash Management, Receivables, Subscription Management, Revenue Management, Subledger Accounting, and FDI reporting.

• Familiarity with additional applications like Zip Procurement to Pay and Navan Travel and Expense is highly preferred.

• Experience in developing innovative solutions using AI tools to assist teams in automating processes within and beyond ERP applications.

• Knowledge of treasury systems like Kyriba and SEC reporting applications such as Workiva will be regarded as a significant advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional change management abilities and a strong capacity to lead teams through transitions.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
