Senior Finance Specialist – General Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Accountable for providing finance services

• Overseeing payments to IFM suppliers

• Compute monthly expense and revenue accruals, as well as period close

• Coordinate billings for JLL Clients

• Evaluate billing templates from the site team along with supporting documentation

• Manage bank balances and review Open Accounts Payable

• Assist in reviewing Open Purchase Order reports (JDE Vendors)

• Educate site teams on process workflows

• Aid in the compilation of variance reports for the APAC region

• Sign off on month-end checklist

• Support with various ad-hoc tasks as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting

• Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English

• Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, along with Data Analysis within BPO finance across the APAC region is advantageous

• Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and processes

• Proficiency in Excel-based reporting is a plus
