Senior Finance Specialist

• The Senior Finance Specialist is essential in overseeing daily accounting functions, with an emphasis on Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and reconciliations.

• This position demands practical experience with Microsoft Business Central ERP, robust analytical abilities, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-entity, international setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CA/CPA/ACCA preferred but not mandatory).

• Over 5 years of pertinent accounting experience, ideally within a SaaS or multinational tech organization.

• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Business Central and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Previous experience utilizing AI tools (such as Claude, Copilot, Chat GPT) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with retail, CPG, or B2B trade fund or promotional systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of AP, GL, and the reconciliation process.

• Excellent analytical skills along with proficiency in financial modeling and ROI analysis.

• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders in both business and technical areas.

• Experience in a company backed by private equity is a plus.
