Senior Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with commercial teams to facilitate order bookings.

• Ensure that all incoming orders meet company criteria and compliance standards before entry.

• Work closely with operational teams to accurately structure projects within the ERP system, making sure all milestones are clearly defined and tracked.

• Oversee the invoicing and collections processes to maintain a healthy cash flow, ensuring that all customer billing is executed on time and collections are up-to-date.

• Manage project profitability by accurately reporting “As-Executed” margins.

• Proactively analyze and clarify any discrepancies against “As-Sold” margins.

• Conduct weekly project margin reviews with operational leadership.

• Convert operational project dynamics into financial pacing updates, providing insight into project-related risks and opportunities.

• Lead periodic closing activities.

• Ensure the integrity of financial data and deliver insightful analysis and commentary on performance to executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience with ERP systems and project-based financial frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to connect finance and operations effectively.

• Outstanding communication skills, able to articulate financial variances to non-financial stakeholders.

• Experience in managing accounts receivable and billing procedures within a complex project setting.

• Proficient in English.
