Senior Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of Omni's financial model, managing it comprehensively while maintaining the 5-year projection, conducting scenario analyses, and developing new components.

• Execute the monthly and quarterly FP&A cycles, which encompass variance analysis, actual versus budget reporting, and quarterly forecasts.

• Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure the seamless flow of financial data into FP&A models.

• Spearhead the annual budgeting process in conjunction with department leaders and consolidate these budgets into a comprehensive company-wide budget.

• Oversee budget governance throughout the fiscal year.

• Manage the commission model and perform monthly payout calculations.

• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps leadership as compensation plans evolve and as the sales team expands.

• Conduct financial analyses for pricing strategies, hiring plans, investment cases, and other strategic initiatives.

• Work directly with senior Finance leadership and cross-functional leaders throughout the organization.

• Enhance the financial infrastructure as the business continues to grow.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting.

• Proficient in advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling; adept at constructing financial models from the ground up.

• Extensive knowledge of SaaS business models and essential SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn).

• Experienced in executing FP&A workflows, including variance analysis, budget versus actuals, and forecasting.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment where the scope is subject to change.

• Experience in a scaling startup is preferred.

• Candidates must be located in the US.
