Senior Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Assists in the financial management of subcontractors, including long-term forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, EAC calculations, proposal pricing, and various ad hoc reports.

• Creates plans that incorporate budget and schedule inputs, and oversees tasks to ensure compliance with contractual and project requirements for all task orders.

• Collaborates with task leads, managers, and program management to track key milestones.

• Gathers or compiles data from related financial management systems.

• Applies expertise in CONCUR within the Federal Financial modules.

• Converts business needs into technical solutions while demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Aids assigned managers in managing, tracking, monitoring, reconciling, and reporting financial data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with government contracts.

• Familiarity with various contract types.

• Experience with federal EHR financial contracts.

• Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year.

• Supervisory experience (preferred).

• Proficient in either Travel/CONCUR, Purchase Card (P-Card), or Procurement.
