Senior Finance Executive – AP/AR/GL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Ensure the precise and prompt documentation of accounting journals and intercompany transactions in alignment with the Group’s accounting and reporting standards.

• Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany balances, and inventories to uphold data integrity and effective asset management.

• Generate monthly management reports, which include consolidation, variance analysis, and Profit and Loss statements.

• Assist in month-end closing, cash flow variance reporting, and departmental budget analysis to deliver accurate and timely financial insights.

• Provide backup support for the processing of weekly payments.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders (such as auditors, bankers, and vendors) to address financial inquiries and ensure seamless operations.

• Aid in all statutory and regulatory compliance efforts, including preparation for annual audits, tax calculations, and yearly XBRL submissions.

• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a strong University Degree or relevant Professional Qualification.

• Extensive knowledge of accounting and reporting processes, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing a full set of accounts in a medium to large organization.

• Comfortable with adopting or exploring automation and AI tools for process enhancement and financial analysis.

• Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Corporate Tax statutory requirements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.

• Knowledge of telegraphic transfers and overseas payment processes is a plus.

• Familiarity with the Xero system is advantageous.

• Highly organized, meticulous, analytical, and capable of working independently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
