Senior Finance Analyst – Accounts Payable

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Entry and processing of invoices within the established timelines and with precision.

• Adhering to documented processes.

• Generating reports driven by the system.

• Documenting and recording all received information and materials.

• Identifying and addressing queries, data discrepancies, and missing information.

• Promptly resolving inquiries.

• Monitoring user acceptance and assisting in investigations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to be flexible and adaptable.

• Capable of managing day-to-day stress effectively.

• Keen attention to detail.

• A degree in Commerce or Finance, or equivalent work experience in Accounts Payable.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the industry.
