Senior Field Service Technician, Data Center CoE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead customer engagement on-site

• Execute service tasks with a sense of urgency

• Identify enhancements in systems and operations

• Communicate potential service opportunities

• Coordinate site preparations and subcontractor activities

• Perform advanced tasks in field service

• Ensure readiness of materials and equipment

• Promote initiatives for continuous improvement

• Complete all necessary technical documentation

• Provide technical consulting and mentorship

• Carry out responsibilities in Power Delivery & Electrification

• Advocate for safety and regulatory compliance

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in electrical engineering

• High school diploma/GED with over 10 years of hands-on experience; OR an associate/trade certification with at least 8 years; OR a bachelor’s degree with 5 years; OR a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of equivalent military or work experience in servicing critical power equipment.

• Advanced knowledge in electrical design

• Thorough understanding of codes and standards

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong analytical mindset focused on quality

• Ability to collaborate across functions

• Experience in leadership and project management

• Proficiency in technical software
