This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Travel to various hospitals based on designated service requests
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to customers and products
• Foster positive relationships with Stryker clients, colleagues, and internal teams
• Record service outcomes to ensure accurate quality documentation
• Develop and articulate detailed guidelines and procedures
• Analyze service bulletins, user manuals, technical documentation, drawings, and other relevant materials
• Comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Assist customers, sales staff, and internal teams while addressing complex challenges
• Willingness to handle or work near bio-hazardous materials and utilize provided PPE
• Readiness to work overtime and overnight, including weekends, based on customer requirements
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Capability to operate independently in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
• Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent attention to detail
• Skill in presenting ideas and outcomes in a logical manner
• Experience with sensitive customer interactions and a solid understanding of customer relations
• Self-motivated and self-sufficient, capable of working with minimal supervision
• Excellent driving record
• Near visual acuity (corrected) and adequate color vision
• Physical capability to perform mobility tasks, including bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity
• Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple functions and meet daily deadlines
• Capability to exert up to 75 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs frequently to move items
• Ability to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods
• Professional demeanor, work ethic, and attitude as required by Stryker and its clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in interpreting service bulletins, user manuals, technical manuals, drawings, and similar documents
• Excellent teamwork, coordination, and collaboration abilities
• A minimum of 3 years of technical service or equivalent experience is preferred
• Preferred experience in biomedical equipment maintenance, repair, and installation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to company-specific software
• Ability to explain and develop detailed guidelines and procedures
• Compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality policies
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• University or formal technical training is preferred
