• Execute tasks to install and deliver both on-demand and scheduled service and training for all general-purpose equipment.
• Carry out daily responsibilities in compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
• Demonstrate the ability to document daily service activities and expenses promptly, accurately, and effectively.
• Diagnose complex issues related to customers and/or machines.
• Interpret and analyze complex blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Offer technical support and training to Signode Technicians.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Organize proactive pre-installation meetings with customers.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in working with Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Background in PLC.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Self-motivated individual capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Completion of a professional course in electrical, mechanical, or automation fields.
