Senior Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Take charge of managing intricate field service and repair tasks for the McNeilus Volterra ZSL Electric Refuse Collection Vehicle independently.

• Execute technical installations and conduct advanced diagnostics.

• Deliver on-site customer training and assist in resolving critical issues.

• Keep comprehensive records of service activities, customer interactions, and parts utilized.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Over 5 years of pertinent experience in machine assembly or light fabrication.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

• Capability to obtain a DOT card.

• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.

• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
