Senior Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Strong focus on continuous improvement and proven leadership capabilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of hand tools pertinent to this role and their appropriate usage, including a digital multimeter.

• Proficient in diagnosing hardware and software problems and resolving them to restore system performance.

• Deliver direct support to both internal and external customers.

• Serve as a link between field service and technical support & engineering teams.

• Compose detailed, accurate, and timely analytical reports.

• Offer technical assistance to address customer inquiries.

• Prepare quotes and oversee customer documentation.

• Organize and manage service appointments effectively.

• Strong capability to handle demanding projects to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with various disciplines and stakeholders.

• Highly driven, organized, and capable of working independently.

• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in field service or a related position.

• A valid driver's license (Class 5) is required.

• Proficiency in French and functional English is essential.
