This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Delivers technical assistance to clients, the education team, and the sales team, ensuring the highest level of service possible.
• Addresses inquiries, resolves equipment-related problems, conducts upgrades, and performs both onsite preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Aids in managing warranties, spare parts inventory, and the coordination of onsite service appointments.
• Takes responsibility for offering professional, precise, and valuable guidance when engaging with both internal and external customers.
• Collaborates closely with cross-functional colleagues to maintain consistency in procedures, technology, and adherence to company policies.
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 10 years of experience in medical device field service; or 12 years of experience in medical device field service or support.
• Proficiency in working with robotics, ultrasound, or imaging equipment.
• Experience or training within a medical environment, with an understanding of interactions with hospital personnel.
• Familiarity with multi-disciplinary systems, including software, hardware, mechanics, and algorithms.
