This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Identify and connect with property owners, developers, and key decision-makers to secure Right of Entry (ROE) agreements.
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of MDU opportunities, prioritizing properties based on size, structure, and their proximity to existing fiber infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage all outreach activities within CRM systems to ensure consistent follow-up and visibility of the pipeline.
• Effectively communicate the advantages of fiber-to-the-unit (FTTU), highlighting both technical and financial benefits.
• Address any concerns from property owners regarding construction, building impact, and aesthetics during the installation process.
• Keep track of local market activities, including new developments and competitive presence, to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Represent IdeaTek at community events, HOA meetings, and local engagements to enhance brand awareness.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in field sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Demonstrated experience in multi-dwelling environments such as apartments or condominiums.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with property owners and managers.
• Self-driven individual capable of managing a pipeline and achieving results independently.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and mobile sales applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Capability to walk and stand for extended periods while working in the field.
