This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
β’ Collaborate with AMER leadership to formulate the field strategy for the region and ensure alignment with our global team.
β’ Design, document, and continuously enhance comprehensive sales processes β from lead handoff to closure β in line with Sprinklr's enterprise SaaS model.
β’ Lead the preparation and reporting cycles for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews (QBR).
β’ Work together with our Analytics team to elevate our dashboards and/or create your own dashboards in PowerBI or Salesforce to highlight actionable insights on pipeline, ARR, churn, win rates, and quota achievement.
β’ Monitor and evaluate essential SaaS metrics: ARR, NARR, churn, and more.
β’ Manage and oversee the sales technology stack, including Salesforce CRM, Outreach, Clari, Gong, and other RevOps tools.
β’ Over 6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
β’ Proven expertise with Salesforce CRM (admin-level experience is highly preferred).
β’ Demonstrated capability to create executive-level reports and dashboards; proficiency in Tableau, Looker, or comparable BI tools.
β’ Strong analytical mindset with experience in quota setting, territory planning, and funnel analysis.
β’ Exceptional project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting to senior leadership.
