This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee the complete project management of field equipment installations, guiding them from engineering through to field commissioning.
• Create and maintain project timelines, risk assessments, and status reports for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, supply chain, production, operations) to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Guarantee compliance and implement procedures aligned with DISA’s internal project workflows and quality standards.
• Act as the primary contact for client communications, field execution schedules, and deployment logistics.
• Track the preparedness of components, workforce, and logistics to facilitate commissioning and site operations.
• Develop strategies for project risk mitigation, proactively addressing challenges and executing corrective measures.
• Assist in financial monitoring, including managing change orders and project forecasts.
• Generate executive-level reports, synthesizing both technical and financial project data into comprehensible updates for leadership and board members.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in minerals processing, remediation, and resource recovery to foster innovation.
• Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by DISA.
• Attend and engage in all mandatory safety training sessions.
• Support any tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mining, Chemical, Metallurgical, or Minerals Processing Engineering is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in an engineering or manufacturing setting is required.
• Strong knowledge of chemical, mechanical, or process engineering principles.
• Demonstrated capability to manage intricate, multi-stakeholder projects with a strong customer-oriented approach.
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively oversee multiple projects.
• Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
• Organize and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects concurrently.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to shared objectives and fostering positive relationships.
• Be adaptable to changing environments and identify effective solutions to challenges with flexibility and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain professionalism with a keen attention to detail, reliability, accountability, and accuracy in all work outputs.

• Ability to adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA/MSHA and company safety standards.
• Must be a valid U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Capable of sitting and/or standing for extended durations.
• Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to traverse uneven terrain for extended periods.
• Expect to spend 75% of time in the field.
• Must be able to work in various outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to interact with people and technology while standing or sitting.
