This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of field marketing initiatives that enhance awareness, engagement, pipeline development, and the acceleration of opportunities.
• Carry out regional events, trade shows, hosted experiences, customer programs, webinars, sponsorship activities, and other market-oriented initiatives that align with regional business goals.
• Collaborate closely with Field Marketing leadership, East Sales teams, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and various cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment and exceptional execution.
• Oversee event logistics, including timelines, vendor management, registration processes, attendee communications, on-site coordination, and follow-up after events.
• Assist in tailoring and activating campaigns for specific East sub-regions, industries, accounts, or targeted audiences.
• Organize sales enablement and attendee engagement activities before, during, and after events to enhance program effectiveness across the East sales organization.
• Monitor program performance and provide reports on key metrics such as registrations, attendance, engagement, meetings, pipeline influence, and follow-up progress.
• Aid in budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor management for designated programs and events.
• Maintain project plans and execution workflows to ensure that field marketing initiatives are delivered punctually, at a high standard, and contribute to scalable playbooks.
• Act as a dependable point of coordination among internal teams and external partners to keep programs on schedule and aligned with objectives.
• Over 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, event marketing, campaign execution, or go-to-market program support.
• Significant experience in planning and executing events, regional marketing programs, or customer-facing initiatives in fast-paced settings.
• Proven success in supporting regional sales teams (experience with multi-regional sales territories is an advantage).
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other go-to-market teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and adeptness at quickly resolving problems in dynamic environments.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to track results and apply insights to future programs.
• Ability to balance independent work with close collaboration among teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience may be taken into account.
