This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Develops and implements regional marketing strategies that are in line with the Annual Marketing Plan.
• Acts as the main marketing contact for regional sales teams.
• Facilitates sales enablement by leveraging extensive product, clinical, and competitive knowledge.
• Evaluates regional sales, market, and customer data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and regional faculty.
• Works collaboratively across sales, marketing, downstream, and MarComm teams.
• Gathers and conveys insights from both the Voice of Customer and Voice of Sales.
• Coordinates decisions related to customer acquisition, retention, and marketing resource allocation.
• A minimum of 6 years of work experience is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or sales enablement is preferred.
• Experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
• An MBA is preferred.
