This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of Stord's North America events calendar, which includes trade shows, sponsored events, hosted dinners, roundtables, Stord Summits, and partner activations.
• Identify and prioritize event opportunities with high return on investment across North American markets and sectors.
• Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including vendor management, booth design, staffing, post-event follow-up, and attribution.
• Create and expand strategies for owned events, executive dinners, and brand experiences.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Field Marketing Manager to share insights and align on global event strategy.
• Develop and implement regional demand-generation campaigns utilizing paid, organic, email, and partner channels.
• Localize and activate global campaigns in key markets and sectors within North America.
• Manage regional attribution and reporting, communicating performance metrics to Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Optimize the field marketing strategy using data analytics and pipeline indicators.
• Establish co-marketing initiatives with key partners, ensuring alignment with commercial partnership objectives.
• Act as the primary marketing liaison for the North America Sales team.
• Create pre- and post-event enablement and follow-up processes in coordination with the Customer Marketing Manager.
• Provide regional market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to the Marketing and Product teams.
• Assist Sales by providing region-specific content, collateral, and campaign materials.
• 7–10 years of experience in field or regional marketing within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services setting.
• Demonstrated success in owning and scaling a North America field marketing program, including both owned and sponsored events that generated measurable pipeline.
• At least 4 years of experience in a field or regional marketing position in North America.
• Extensive expertise in event marketing, encompassing trade shows, hosted experiences, executive dinners, and partner activations.
• Solid understanding of demand generation principles and experience managing pipeline goals with a regional Sales team.
• A data-driven mindset towards measurement, reporting, and investment choices.
• Exceptional project management abilities across various programs and markets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• High level of ownership mentality and the capability to drive execution from start to finish.
• Experience in creating event and field programs that significantly contribute to pipeline growth in a B2B context.
• Experience collaborating closely with a quota-carrying Sales team and managing shared pipeline objectives.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, and contemporary event management platforms.
• Bonus: previous experience in ecommerce SaaS, logistics, fulfillment, or technology related to commerce.
