
Senior Field Marketing Manager – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Travel within the EMEA region is required for over 40% of the time. (This percentage will gradually decrease as the team expands.)
• Work in close collaboration with sales management, product marketing, field sales, and developer advocacy to design and implement integrated field events that meet both immediate and long-term business goals for ClickHouse.
• Convert demand generation strategies into significant events and experiences by partnering with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales leaders, to create content and promotional strategies that enhance attendance and engagement.
• Collaborate with external partners and third-party organizations to co-host events, webinars, and joint marketing initiatives, thereby extending ClickHouse's reach and bolstering its market presence.
• Oversee the complete event lifecycle, including contracts, planning, logistics, and on-site execution for various events such as trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and webinars.
• Create and execute comprehensive event campaigns that encompass audience segmentation, promotional tactics, and follow-up strategies to ensure consistent lead generation and audience engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of field marketing campaigns and events, utilizing data insights to refine strategies and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Maintain a detailed event calendar while actively seeking new event opportunities that align with ClickHouse’s marketing objectives and priorities.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, ensuring the efficient delivery of materials, booth properties, graphics, promotional items, and equipment throughout transportation and setup.
• Provide internal teams with clear direction regarding event responsibilities and task assignments, ensuring alignment with company objectives and effective interdepartmental collaboration.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or regional marketing within the B2B SaaS sector. Experience in the database or data analytics industries is essential.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline generation and enhancing brand awareness through field marketing initiatives.
• Exceptional project management skills, with experience in organizing and executing events of varying scales.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging, and execution of campaigns.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, remote-first environment, comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to shifting business needs.
