Senior Field Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of regional pipeline generation and acceleration objectives, strategically planning backwards from ARR targets.

• Design and implement impactful field events, such as executive dinners, workshops, lunch-and-learns, roadshows, and trade shows.

• Offer direct support at significant conferences, including RSAC and Black Hat.

• Collaborate closely with Sales to create territory plans that align with each Account Executive's area and support pipeline objectives.

• Assist in the field components of partner and channel marketing, which includes joint events and co-marketing projects.

• Engage local security communities through meetups, user groups, and CISO roundtables.

• Oversee vendors, budgets, and contracts associated with field programs.

• Travel regularly to bolster events and regional initiatives.

• Propel US field marketing strategies and establish Noma as a frontrunner in AI security.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity marketing (mandatory).

• At least 5 years of experience in field marketing or demand generation, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector.

• Demonstrated experience in high-growth, start-up settings.

• Strong project management capabilities, able to oversee complex, multi-dimensional campaigns while ensuring no detail is overlooked.

• Practical experience with marketing and sales platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce (considered a significant advantage).

• Excellent communication skills, including goal tracking, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing Ops, and leadership.

• High level of ownership, urgency, and the ability to operate comfortably in uncertain situations.

• A strong desire to learn about the industry; all members of our GTM organization are expected to have a thorough understanding of the product and be capable of demonstrating it.

• Must be located on the East Coast, supporting the East Region.
