This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Oversee marketing initiatives, which involve the creation and distribution of marketing materials, campaigns, events, and various other activities.
• Provide daily marketing assistance to Sales, Product Management, and Service teams throughout EMEA and APAC.
• Adapt global and regional marketing content while collaborating with internal stakeholders, agencies, and service providers.
• Create, revise, and sustain marketing materials in conjunction with Sales, Service, and Product Management teams.
• Facilitate translation validation, keep validator lists updated, and nurture relationships with internal validators.
• Assist with internal bulletins, monthly reporting, and communications related to marketing campaigns.
• Aid in the development and production of marketing materials and campaign assets.
• Manage project timelines, monitor progress and approvals, and document budget information using Smartsheet and Monday.com.
• Oversee promotional inventory via the EMEA online portal and coordinate requirements with vendors.
• Publish and maintain approved collateral and marketing materials across various websites and internal online platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing tradeshows, meetings, and customer events.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products, materials, displays, and other necessities.
• Attend and support significant EMEA/APAC events and tradeshows as necessary.
• Assist with regional marketing campaigns, including campaign administration, content coordination, lead management, and reporting.
• Monitor campaign metrics and provide updates to the Marketing team.
• Coordinate activities with external agencies, suppliers, and service providers.
• Prepare briefs, provide content and assets, coordinate feedback and approvals, and track the delivery of marketing materials.
• Support Sales and Service teams with marketing collateral, training materials, and additional resources.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant education/experience.
• Proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
• Previous marketing experience, including internships, placements, or relevant academic/project experience, is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience working or studying in an international setting and/or exposure to translation or localization activities is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Confidence in using digital communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
• Willingness and capability to learn Smartsheet, Monday.com, SharePoint, and other marketing tools.
• Keen attention to detail and an interest in content development and proofreading.
• Capability to review marketing materials ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is advantageous.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.
• Capacity to work independently while seeking guidance when necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with colleagues, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across various countries and functions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of an international team.
• Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs.
