This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and implement the regional field marketing strategy in alignment with pipeline, revenue, and territory objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Executives through consistent planning meetings to pinpoint opportunities, develop joint account strategies, and propel account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
• Organize and deliver impactful field programs and events — such as trade shows, executive roundtables, roadshows, and customer experiences — achieving 8–10 events each quarter.
• Generate measurable pipeline growth and enhance ROI from strategic industry events through effective execution, follow-up, and performance attribution.
• Work collaboratively across departments with Product Marketing, Growth, Content, Brand, and Digital teams to create integrated campaigns and maintain consistent messaging.
• Manage field marketing KPIs, reporting, attribution, and program enhancement utilizing Salesforce, Marketo, and similar tools.
• Oversee the field marketing budget, vendor partnerships, and operational execution to guarantee scalable and high-quality program implementation.
• Travel as necessary to lead events, reinforce sales collaborations, and support regional growth efforts.
• 7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, emphasizing field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing.
• A proven history of achieving quantifiable pipeline growth through events, integrated campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
• Experience working closely with enterprise or mid-market Sales teams and influencing senior sales decision-makers.
• Strong expertise in field marketing, with the capability to manage strategy, execution, and optimization — beyond just event logistics.
• An analytical and data-driven approach, with experience using Salesforce, Marketo, and related tools for performance measurement and ROI optimization.
• Highly organized and results-oriented, demonstrating strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth settings with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
• Experience in Media & Entertainment, creative tools, cloud infrastructure, or related sectors is advantageous.
• Ability to utilize AI tools and automation to enhance marketing efficiency and execution.
