This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the field marketing strategy and its execution for a specific AMER region throughout the U.S.
• Transform strategy into a regional field marketing plan that fosters growth in both Commercial and Enterprise sectors.
• Create and oversee trade shows, vendor-led executive initiatives, account-targeted events, hospitality gatherings, and partner-supported sponsorships.
• Develop programs tailored for both executive and practitioner audiences based on segment, persona, and market dynamics.
• Test innovative event concepts and determine which should be refined, repeated, scaled, or discontinued.
• Cultivate relationships with SDRs, AEs, sales leaders, vendors, and partners.
• Manage comprehensive execution, encompassing planning, promotion, logistics, follow-up, and post-event optimization.
• Assess meetings, engagement, pipeline contributions, and the overall effectiveness of programs.
• Offer leadership insights regarding investment, testing, and performance in the regional field.
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B field marketing, regional marketing, event marketing, or integrated marketing.
• Proven track record of leading both in-person and virtual programs that stimulate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Experience in crafting programs for executive and practitioner audiences.
• Exceptional relationship-building capabilities across sales, marketing, vendors, and external partners.
• Strong judgment regarding program mix, audience strategy, time management, and budget allocation.
• Creative thinker with robust execution skills, follow-through, and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting processes.
• Willingness and capability to travel within the assigned region.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, or related technology is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25–35% for Drata and partner events, conferences, team offsites, and other in-person engagements.
