Senior Field Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Create and implement event and field marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and positioning Clio as a market leader.

• Execute targeted campaigns and events to attract high-quality leads.

• Research and evaluate partnership opportunities to guide strategic decision-making.

• Drive the development and implementation of a Spain-specific field marketing and events strategy.

• Manage annual and quarterly marketing planning for Spain, including setting priorities, creating event calendars, budgeting, and defining success metrics.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on demand and pipeline growth.

• Develop and implement brand-driven programs to enhance Clio’s reputation and recognition in Spain.

• Create and execute initiatives that promote customer engagement, advocacy, and retention.

• Extensive knowledge in brand development, field marketing, and event strategies.

• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end field marketing programs.

• Experience with Clio-owned events and impactful sponsorships of third-party events.

• Strong ability to cultivate buyer partnerships and work closely with demand generation teams.

• Capable of leading independently, building programs from the ground up, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

• Skilled in operating with strategic insight while delivering outstanding, on-brand experiences.
